By the blessings of Shri Mataji, the Sahaja Yoga National Seminar (North India) 2018 is being held on June 14-17 at village “Kiari”, 7 km from Ramnagar, District Nainital (Uttarakhand). The beautiful seminar site, surrounded by hills, is situated on the banks of the Kosi river adjoining famous wild life sanctuary ‘Jim Corbett National Park’. All the Sahaja Yogi brothers and sisters are cordially invited to this Seminar to meditate together, exchange vibrations and worship our Holy Mother in the serene environment to rise higher in our spiritual ascent.

  • Yogis/Yoginis deciding on participating in the Seminar after June 05should not deposit any money in Seminar bank account and can pay their contribution directly at the Seminar site as per above table.  Similarly, no bank draft should be forwardedafter June 05.
  • It has been observed that at times Sahaja Yogis from the same Centre arrive at different times in small groups and face inconvenience in getting their coupons. Therefore, it is advisable to have more than one group leader who should arrive early at the Seminar site for collection and distribution of coupons to their group members to avoid inconvenience.
  • Children below six years are free.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF SEMINAR EXPENSES

The Seminar expenses can be deposited through any CBS branch of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK in Account No: 0886002100000360 of “H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga Trust - Branch Vikasnagar” (IFSC No. PUNB0088600).  Alternatively, the Seminar expenses can also be sent to the following address of Shri Jagpal Singh through Bank Draft in favour of “H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga Trust” payable at Vikasnagar. However, payment by draft should be considered as the last option if CBS branch is not available nearby as it has been observed that some drafts are lost in the transit or received very late leading to inconvenience to yogis.Multi CityCTS 2010 approved cheques can be accepted with complete details of sender’s name, city, Mobile no. etc. written on the back of the cheque or this information should be attached with the cheque.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • The seminar site at village ‘Kiari’ is 7 km from Ramnagar, which is approximately 260 km from Delhi and is well connected by road and rail network. State roadways buses are available from Anand Vihar Bus Stand (Delhi) to Ramnagar every 30 minutes and the route followed is Delhi-Ghaziabad-Hapur-Gajraulla-Moradabad-Kashipur-Ramnagar.
  • Yogis wishing to travel by train from Delhi can take following trains :
         - ‘Ranikhet Exp’ (Train No. 15013, Departure from Old Delhi Railway station : 10.00 PM everyday) which arrives at Ramnagar  at 4.50 AM.
         - +UTR Sampark Kranti Exp’ (Train No. 15035, Departure from Old Delhi Railway station: 4.00 PM everyday) reaching Ramnagar at 8.45 PM.
  • It may be noted that Ramnagar is about 85km from Moradabad which is very well connected by train from Delhi.  There are many trains from Delhi to Moradabad (around 16 trains everyday) at various time intervals (from morning till late evening) and there is a regular bus service (State roadways as well as private buses) from Moradabad to Ramnagar.
  • Ramnagar is around 200 km from Haridwar and can be reached via road route Haridwar-Najibabad-Nagina-Dhampur-Jaspur-Kashipur-Ramnagarin 5 hours. However, there are also few trains (around 6) from Haridwar to Moradabad following route Haridwar-Najibabad-Nagina-Dhampur-Moradabad from where a State roadways/private bus can be taken to Ramnagar.
  • Yogis traveling by their own vehicles/chartered buses can directly reach the seminar site. It may be noted that the route is suitable for big buses (Road map is enclosed).
  • A reception point shall be made at the Ramnagar Railway Station as well as Ramnagar Bus Stand for the help of all Yogis on 14thof June from 5 AM to 5 PM.
  • Bus facility (Ramnagar Railway Station/Ramnagar Bus stand to Seminar Site) on June 14 and also for return journey on June 17 will be provided on prior information. The bus fare is not included in the seminar expenses and will be collected either at the reception point or inside the bus. The information regarding requirement of bus facility is to be given in the same attached format to help arrange for the required number of buses beforehand.
  • There are many hotels in and around ‘Jim Corbett National Park’ which is 2-3km from seminar site. Yogis wishing to stay in hotels can contact Shri Manoj Sharma (Mob-8057642197) or Shri Harish Ghughtiyal (Mob-9756927084) of Ramnagar for more details.
  • Breakfast and lunch will be available to Yogis reaching seminar site early on 14thof June.
  • Though all necessary arrangements including bedding shall be made available, it is advisable to bring a bed sheet, shawl and a torch with you.
  • Care shall be taken for elder Yogis/Yognis to provide their place of stay & dinning near the Meditation Pandal, separate western style toilets, chairs in the Meditation Pandal, etc.
